As the visionary behind Beehive, Yaron blends deep scientific insights with pragmatic entrepreneurial execution, redefining how software gets built. As a serial entrepreneur, Yaron has co-founded 5 startups raising a total of >$100mn combined. Most notably Yaron co-founded Nutrino Health (acquired by Medtronic, NYSE: MDT), where he led AI & data strategy. He also has board positions for numerous technology companies, and actively invests in transformative ventures. Passionate about innovation, he has authored groundbreaking research in physics, mathematics, and AI.
Mor Yariv
Leading Beehive's software end-to-end, ensuring every component—from infrastructure to user experience—is robust and scalable. Mor shapes the technical direction of Beehive products, refines requirements alongside clients, and turns ambitious ideas into actionable development plans.
Itay Ben Shushan
Itay combines a background in neuroscience with over two decades of experience in software engineering, with a particular focus on machine learning. Itay has extensive experience across ML domains architecting custom AI solutions tailored to client needs and continually enhances Beehive's own processes through intelligent, end-to-end machine learning models.
Omer Heldenberg
Blending fresh expertise in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship, newly minted Omer tackles development challenges across the stack, ensuring smooth end-to-end solutions. Beyond code, he directly manages one of Beehive's key client relationships, bridging technical execution with strategic partnership.
Aviel Shaul
With a background in sustainability, Aviel brings clarity and structure to every project he leads. He's an expert in nurturing the community by spearheading key product initiatives, and seamlessly managing diverse client projects. Aviel ensures products align purpose with impact, keeping teams focused and outcomes tangible.

With over 20 years of experience mastering backend development, data engineering, and infrastructure, Eliya designs and delivers Beehive's most critical systems. From technical blueprint to real-world production, she ensures reliability, performance, and seamless growth.
